Document Description
The procedure of ejectment commences upon the filing of an application for ejectment with any magistrate having territorial jurisdiction over the area in which the premises are located. The magistrate must determine whether a landlord-tenant relationship exists and what rent, if any, is due.

What: This is the official document to begin court proceedings for an eviction.
